Training & Certification Platform

The original developer disappeared and left behind an undocumented PHP application with no handoff. The system managed student enrollment, coursework, and certifications for an active client base — and there was no easy replacement.

I stepped in, learned the codebase from scratch, stabilized the application, and have kept it running ever since. The platform is still live today and continues to generate revenue for the business.

Organizational Consulting Platform

All in Resonance needed a custom web platform to deliver workplace culture assessments and leadership development tools to their clients — including login portals, a 34-question assessment engine, and tailored reporting.

Rather than paying for expensive SaaS tooling or a large dev agency, I built the entire platform from scratch on cPanel and have continued adding features over time as the business has grown — keeping costs low without sacrificing capability.

Allied Rental — Lighthouse LMS

Moodle / Training Platform

Moodle on cPanel • Restoration & Rental Company

Allied Rental wanted to move their employee training and coursework off expensive SaaS platforms and onto their own hosted Moodle installation, which they named Lighthouse. The switch promised significant cost savings — but the installation launched with errors that left the system unusable.

I diagnosed and fixed the installation issues, got Lighthouse fully operational, and kept it running on cost-efficient cPanel hosting. The company now owns their training platform outright and pays a fraction of what a SaaS alternative would cost.
